We have built two homes and a shop with Alderwood builders and are so thankful we had the good fortune to meet Jason and Sarah as professionals.  We built while being remote from the jobs 90% of the time, which reflects the trust we developed with them very early in the design and build process.  Both our homes and shop were custom builds as well – which are more complicated than a spec home and require more decisions, discussion, and understanding between both parties.  Building in mountain country that McCall is in is not easy.  You have to be true partners, be willing to give and take, understand what you can and can not do in these mountains to make it work.  They live here and truly understand all facets of the process which makes the experience with them first rate.  I have and will continue to recommend them to others to design/build someone’s dream home.
